The report is in context to Aldi, which is a leading retail company in the United Kingdom. The study will determine the role played by managers and leaders in the chosen organisation. It will also include theories of leadership along with their strengths and weaknesses. Furthermore, the importance of operation management in Aldi will be discussed in brief.
